AHI SALAMI CRACKERS!? Okay – I can already hear you – Salami Ahi Crackers? Bob must be back smoking crack. I assure you this appetizer combines the saltiness of salami, the fresh taste of sashimi grade ahi tuna and basil infused sour cream to make a four-star appetizer.

I first did this recipe back in Episode #5 (Denver!). My friend Joe Wolf featured in that video along with Brett James has told me that he pulls the “salami cracker” trick as a regular for parties – and you could honestly top them with anything you’d like.
